Shipping & Delivery

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is currently available for Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Nigeria – including all import duties and customs clearance.

For orders to Kenya and Ghana, DDP shipping includes customs clearance and all import duties. Orders will be delivered to our partner logistics hub in Nairobi / Accra. Once the shipment arrives, you will receive a pickup code from Ara Medix. Bring this code and your ID to the warehouse manager to collect your goods.
